1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ClubzFM, operated by Musixspace Technologies Private Limited ("ClubzFM", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ClubzFM. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Services

ClubzFM is a direct-to-fan platform enabling artists and fans to connect. Services may include subscriptions, content access, communications, and payment processing.

We may add, modify, or discontinue services without prior notice.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
• ClubzFM is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription & Billing

• Access to premium services requires a paid subscription.
• By subscribing, you authorize us (via Cashfree) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Subscription fees are billed monthly (or as otherwise specified at purchase).
• All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle.
• Example: If you cancel on 10th August and your next renewal is on 1st September, you will continue to have access until 31st August.
• No refunds are provided for the current billing period.
• Once billed, charges for that subscription month are non-refundable, even if you stop using the service.
• Exceptions: Refunds may be granted only in cases of duplicate charges or billing errors, at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on ClubzFM (logos, designs, text, graphics, software) is owned or licensed by Musixspace Technologies Private Limited.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the service without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ClubzFM for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt our services.
• Upload or distribute infringing, obscene, or illegal content.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

• ClubzFM provides services on an "as is" basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
