Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your ClubzFM subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • This means you will continue to have access until your subscription period expires, but you will not be charged again in the next cycle.

2. Refunds

  • No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
  • Once billed, subscription charges for that month are non-refundable, even if you cancel before the end of the billing cycle.
  • Refunds will only be considered in cases of:
  • Duplicate billing
  • Incorrect charges due to system errors

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method via Cashfree.

3. Renewal & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise chosen during signup).
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain valid and up to date.
  • Failed payments may result in suspension of your account.

4. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, offer partial or full refunds in exceptional cases. Such exceptions do not constitute a waiver of this policy.
